On July 27, 2024 a Hezbollah rocket attack killed 12 children in Majdal Shams, Israel.
To memorialize the 12 angels lost in that attack, One Free World International, Bridges For Peace, and Blue Flame 47 have come together to support the mourning Druze community to build a memorial garden at Al-Manahil School in Majdal Shams.
The One Free World International team is back in the Middle East this week to support the Christian and Druze people under attack in Syria.

On Friday night Tetiana and her daughters Sofiia and Maria touched down at Toronto’s Pearson International Airport. Forced to flee Russia’s savage war on their homeland of Ukraine, it was a moment of joy and hope. Tetiana and her daughters were celebratory as they exited the customs hall at the airport and were greeted by OFWI supporters and new neighbours where they will be in living in the Niagara region.

While this is good news, the fight for their safety continues. Morufat and OFWI's legal team are now working to re-apply for a new "H&C application" and "Pre-Removal Risk Assessment" for the Ogunkoyas to be able to safely remain in Canada, free from persecution.
